Terms & Conditions

  1. Booking Confirmation
    All bookings are confirmed only after receiving the advance payment as specified at the time of booking. Balance payment must be cleared before check-in / travel start date.

  2. Rates & Availability
    All prices are subject to availability at the time of booking. Rates may change without prior notice until the booking is fully confirmed.

  3. Hotel Check-in / Check-out
    Standard hotel check-in time is 12:00 PM–2:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM–11:00 AM (as per hotel policy). Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and hotel approval.

  4. Force Majeure
    We shall not be responsible for delays or changes due to natural calamities, weather conditions, strikes, road blocks, government restrictions, or any circumstances beyond our control.

  5. Guest Responsibility
    Guests must carry valid government-approved photo ID during travel and hotel check-in. Any damage caused to hotel property or vehicle will be chargeable directly to the guest.

  6. Third-Party Services
    Hotels, transport providers, and activity operators are independent service providers. We act only as a booking agent and are not responsible for their internal policies, services, or operational issues.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation by Guest
    Cancellation charges depend on hotel policy, season, and service booked. Once booking is confirmed, cancellation charges are applicable as per supplier rules.

  2. Non-Refundable Services
    Some hotels, transport services, flight tickets, and peak-season bookings are non-refundable. In such cases, no refund will be provided on cancellation.

  3. Refund Processing
    If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 7–14 working days after receiving confirmation from the service providers.

  4. Credit Note Policy
    In certain cases, instead of a refund, a credit note may be issued.

    • Credit notes are non-transferable

    • Valid for a specific period only

    • Cannot be exchanged for cash

  5. No-Show / Early Checkout
    No refund will be provided in case of no-show, unused services, or early checkout due to personal reasons.

  6. Post-Travel Complaints
    Any complaints regarding services must be reported during the stay or tour period. Complaints raised after checkout or tour completion may not be entertained.

Payment Policy

  • Advance payment is mandatory to block bookings.

  • Full payment must be completed before travel commencement.

  • Failure to complete payment may result in automatic cancellation without refund.

Acceptance of Terms

By confirming the booking and making payment, the guest automatically agrees to all the above Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy.
